The costs of salaries and benefits, recruiting,
team travel and other expenses are escalating,
some of them faster than the rate of inflation.
The long-term solution to offsetting the cost
of these expenses is endowment.
Each gift of endowment for wrestling is invested
and earns annual income for the operating budget
in perpetuity.
Helps fund the program's operating budget and
can be used for, but are not limited to, assistant
coaches' salaries, recruiting expenses, athlete
travel to competitions, equipment, and awards.
